What information do you need from me?
When you come in, be sure to bring ID and proof of residence. If you have any questions before you come, call us at 585-397-2192.
What should I expect when I come in?
When you come to 500 Maiden Lane, one of our volunteers will be happy to help you locate the type of items you are looking for and answer any questions you may have! We have seasonal clothing items for infant through adult as well as undergarments, shoes and a limited supply of household textiles.
